Job summary

Wind Creek is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. This Journeyman level role requires thorough safety practices and meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing electrical circuits, testing systems, replacing components, maintaining boilers, HVAC and plumbing, and assisting with renovations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred; multiple maintenance certificates listed in the posting.
• Ability to read and follow detailed maintenance procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Complies with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures including safety procedures and clean work area.
• Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Tests electrical circuits and components for continuity using electrical test equipment.
• Inspects and tests system to verify compliance with plans and specs and to locate malfunctions.
• Performs preventive maintenance and general upkeep of buildings and equipment.
