Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician III- Master Electricians to perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair on buildings, electrical mechanical equipment, and utility systems. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and replacing electrical components to ensure safe, efficient operation, and may involve mentoring other electricians.

Journeyman level/Beginning Foreman responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Must have journeyman or master electrician licenses issued by the appropriate authority.
• Requires strong electrical maintenance and repair capabilities in a commercial property.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety procedures and maintains a clean work area.
• May act as Foreman on shift, as needed.
• Perform inspections and maintenance on electrical systems for safety and functionality.
• Install, repair, and service electrical systems; respond to emergencies as required.
• Generate and manage work orders addressing deficiencies.
