Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Technician III to perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems. This journeyman level/beginning foreman position requires strong problem solving and hands-on electrical and HVAC work.

You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, installations, repairs, and coordinating with supervisors on maintenance projects.

Qualifications

Must have at least five (5) years general commercial property maintenance experience.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license or equivalent certification is preferred.
Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Must have a valid State Driver’s License and good driving record.
Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain it is required.

Responsibilities

Complies with all safety standards and maintains a clean work area.
May act as Foreman on shift as needed.
Diagnoses heating-cooling malfunctions and isolates problems.
Adjusts system controls to manufacturer settings and balances systems.
Performs preventive and general maintenance per schedules.
Installs electrical wiring and equipment; handles remodeling wiring.
Operates computer controls for mechanical equipment.
Repairs electrical components and refrigeration equipment.
Responds to emergencies as required and coordinates parts orders.
Coordinates with supervisor on access to infested areas and pest control measures.
Maintains records of inspections and maintenance activities.
