Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks an Electrical Maintenance Tech 3 to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems on our Modular Mission Critical manufacturing campus.

You will perform advanced electrical maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure optimal equipment operation across multi-disciplinary systems. The role requires 6+ years of related experience, a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Journeyman license or Master Electrician License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various machines.
• Replace components such as cylinders, pumps, bearings, and other machine parts.
• Set up and conduct minor repairs on hand tools and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to machine operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair assistance, parts procurement, and service-related needs.
• Conduct troubleshooting and minor repairs on air compressors and associated systems.
• Install machine-related systems including vacuum lines, ductwork, and other auxiliary components.
• Operate various types of mobile equipment, including a 60-ft articulating lift.
• Supervising and scheduling contractors and 3rd party vendors.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including toilets and water coolers.
• Repair and replace ceiling tiles.
