Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an experienced Master RI licensed Electrician to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical equipment on continuous manufacturing lines in Rhode Island. The role requires RI Journeyman/Master licenses and 2+ years of industrial electrical experience.

Candidates must pass pre-employment screening and be available for overtime, weekends, and on-call coverage. This is a 3rd shift role with a pay rate of $60.57 per hour and strict safety requirements.

Qualifications

• RI Journeyman license is required.
• RI Master electrician license is required.
• 2+ years of progressively responsible journey level industrial electrical experience.
• Background check, drug screen, and work screening will be performed.
• Regular 8-hour shift; overtime and weekend coverage possible.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical equipment on continuous manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems and correct problems using appropriate tools.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Follow safety regulations with required PPE and observe codes at state, federal levels.
• Operate and maintain tools safely and perform rigging and related electrical functions.
