Job summary

Molex is seeking a Master Data Manager to lead ADS Master Data Management strategy, governance, and processes across critical data including customer, supplier, product, and BOM, to support operations, digital transformation, and compliance.

You will partner with business leaders, ERP teams, and analytics groups to establish a single source of truth, monitor data quality KPIs, and drive data harmonization and improvements across divisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Governance (5+ years).
• Ability to design and implement scalable MDM processes with ownership and stewardship.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and process-improvement capabilities.
• Strong experience in Data Governance, ERP Management and systems such as CRM and PDM/PLMs.
• Experience in global manufacturing or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ADS Master Data Management strategy.
• Develop a roadmap for data governance, quality improvement, and MDM maturity.
• Establish policies, standards, and procedures governing master data across functions.
• Lead the transition to governed ADS data management practices.
• Act as the business owner for master data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with enterprise MDM teams to harmonize data across divisions.
• Drive data quality initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Lead root cause analysis and remediation of data issues.
• Implement preventative controls to improve data accuracy.
• Develop reporting and dashboards measuring data quality across ADS.
• Coordinate with project management for data requirements on projects.
• Work with the enterprise data platform (Snowflake) and analytics team.
• Support integration of MDM into upstream/downstream systems.
• Maintain master data definitions, glossaries, and governance records.
• Report on data mastering health, exceptions and improvement initiatives.
