MGM Resorts International is seeking a Master Cook at Las Vegas's MGM Grand’s L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon. You will work with the Chef to deliver an extraordinary dining experience and connect with guests to create WOW moments during their stay.

The role emphasizes culinary artistry, precise preparation, and hospitality. Strong teamwork and availability for varied shifts are essential for success in this high-energy environment.

Formación

• 18+ years of age or older.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Formal culinary training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow methods of food preparation, cooking, portion size, sauces, and garnishing as prescribed by the Chef and Sous Chefs.
• Set up workstation and follow station set-up sheet.
• Evaluate cooked food for quality and appearance by taste and smell.
• Maintain accurate orders and CRM data entry during service.
• Comply with health and safety standards and ensure proper temperatures.
• Complete closing requirements as directed by the Chef and Sous Chefs.
