MGM Resorts International is hiring a Master Cook for The Corner Store at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. This part-time role puts you in a high-profile restaurant team, crafting dishes with passion, precision, and creativity to deliver elevated dining experiences from day one.

You will follow established methods, set up your station, monitor quality by taste and appearance, and uphold health and safety standards while supporting chefs and other cooks during varied shifts.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of professional culinary experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Follow methods of food preparation and garnish foods as prescribed by chefs.
• Set up workstation based on pars and station sheets.
• Evaluate cooked food for quality by taste and appearance.
• Comply with health and safety standards and maintain proper holding temperatures.
• Close duties as directed by chefs and supervise other staff as needed.
