Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems while ensuring safety and quality. This role requires adhering to VIP processes, completing Service Work Orders, and supporting 5-for-5 customer engagement.

The position emphasizes ASE certifications (G1/A4/A5), ongoing training, and strict safety practices to deliver reliable service and maintain customer trust.

Qualifications

Minimum one year automotive service experience.
Two-year college or technical program recommended.
Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
Must hold a valid driver's license and relevant ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

Prioritize workplace safety as the top priority and follow safety policies.
Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for automotive systems per ASE coverage.
Ensure a valid Service Work Order is created and displayed during service.
Complete MPI and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
Return parts, cores, and used tires to designated areas after service.
Maintain 16-week productivity targets per role, including Master Technician level.
