Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a Flat Rate Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced shop. The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures and VIP service standards.

You will perform diagnostics, repairs, and parts replacement, ensuring work is completed right the first time. Responsibilities include following service work orders, MPI processes, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• One year of related automotive service experience or equivalent
• Valid driver's license in state of residence
• ASE certifications preferred or in progress
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and diagrams

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as priority and follow policies
• Provide diagnostics, repair and maintenance for automotive systems
• Initiate and complete Service Work Orders and MPI procedures
• Ensure proper parts handling and waste disposal
• Keep work area clean and organized; participate in shop maintenance
