Job summary

The VIP, Inc. Flat Rate Technician role is a non-exempt hourly position located in Wisconsin. You will diagnose automotive systems, perform repairs and replacements, and ensure work is completed correctly the first time while following VIP policies and safety rules.

You will maintain service work orders, participate in safety training, and strive for high productivity and customer satisfaction. ASE certifications and state licensing are encouraged as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• One year of automotive service experience.
• Two-year college or technical school program is recommended.
• Current, valid driver’s license in state of residence; ASE certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and maintenance on automotive systems per ASE standards.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and the work area remains clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate service work orders and communicate findings to the Service Manager.
