Brooks Brothers in White Plains, NY is seeking a skilled Fitter/Tailor to deliver expert alterations and fabric knowledge, ensuring quality garments and outstanding service. You will measure, hem, sew, and fit garments according to Brooks Brothers specifications, while maintaining a clean, organized store environment and collaborating with the store team.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires at least 5 years of tailoring experience, knowledge of shirt construction, and prior retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' tailoring experience.
• Knowledge of clothing and shirt construction and fabrics.
• Retail or custom clothing sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Sew, measure, hem, and fit garments to meet customer needs, using Brooks Brothers approved methods and specifications.
• Repair or replace defective garment parts such as pockets, zippers, buttons, and linings.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment.
• Work with store team to ensure seamless workflow.
• Represent the brand as a true ambassador, adhering to Brooks Brothers code of conduct, dress code and legendary service expectations.
