Brooks Brothers is seeking a skilled Fitter/Tailor to deliver expert alterations and fabric knowledge in our Alterations department. You will fit garments precisely, meeting customer needs while upholding the Brooks Brothers standards and brand ambassador role.

Key duties include sewing, measuring, hemming, repairs, and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail and a collaborative, fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' tailoring experience.
• Knowledge of clothing and shirt construction and fabrics.
• Retail environment or custom clothing sales experience preferred.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to communicate with customers on the sales floor.
• Proficient with special order tools and fabrics.

Responsabilités

• Sew, measure, hem, and fit garments to customer needs using Brooks Brothers methods.
• Meet productivity goals and maintain high quality service.
• Utilize Brooks Brothers systems to manage orders and fittings.
• Repair or replace garment parts as needed (pockets, zippers, buttons, linings).
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and collaborate with the team.
