Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with three years experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting students in meeting their education, training, and employment goals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day operations of MassSTEP programs ensuring effective program implementation and strong outcomes.
• Develop and coordinate program schedules, activities, and services to ensure effective program delivery.
• Monitor program performance metrics and take proactive steps to improve completion rates and employment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate program records, documentation, and reports related to enrollment, retention, completion, and employment outcomes.
• Lead recruitment efforts to build and sustain strong program enrollment aligned with MassSTEP goals and funding requirements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Bristol Adult Education programs and partners to expand recruitment pipelines.
• Coordinate recruitment events, information sessions, and outreach activities to promote program awareness.
• Provide comprehensive advising and case management services that support student persistence and completion.
