Job summary

Manhattan University seeks a CSTEP Coordinator within the Pathways Center to provide holistic advising, student success coaching, career development, and program coordination for CSTEP participants.

The role manages a caseload of up to 100 students, connecting academic experiences with career exploration, research, licensure, and graduate study. It supports signature events, recruitment, retention, and program assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; commitment to CSTEP mission and STEM/health pathways.
• At least 1 year of experience working with college students in a similar program or student support setting.
• Experience advising, mentoring, coaching, or related services.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, event management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic advising and wrap-around support to up to 100 CSTEP students.
• Coordinate CSTEP programs, signature events, and workshops.
• Assist with recruitment, outreach, and Summer Program activities.
• Track participation, progress, and program outcomes for assessment.
