Wausau Supply Company seeks a Territory Manager to grow sales across our customer network and educate contractors and retailers on products. You will visit sites, drive revenue, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Ideal candidates bring a college degree and 3–5 years of sales experience, with strong presentation and communication skills. Willingness to travel weekly and maintain CRM records is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years of related sales experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a field sales role.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a customer base to meet needs and grow long-term relationships.
• Increase territory sales through personal and company initiatives.
• Regularly visit customers to review business and opportunities.
• Prepare and manage customer programs from start to finish with progress updates.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote products to existing customers.
