Garbage to Garden is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive regional revenue in Massachusetts by acquiring new commercial accounts and executing comprehensive organics recycling and food waste solutions. You will build our commercial footprint from the ground up through in-person visits, strategic consultations, and ongoing account growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a salesperson
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to safely lift 50-75 lbs
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record
• Fluency in English; strong written communication
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and operational software platforms
• Travel within Massachusetts and other locations as needed

Responsabilités

• Plan, quote, and close deals according to a quarterly plan
• Develop sales strategy in alignment with overall expansion goals
• Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals
• Develop & maintain relationships with event organizers, event planners, and venues
