Job summary

Commercial Credit Group (CCG) seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the New England territory focused on the waste industry. The role involves building a robust dealer and end-user network, expanding market share, and driving profitable equipment finance opportunities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with credit, documentation and marketing teams. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with CRM and back-end systems

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new business at end-user and dealer level
• Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships
• Utilize CRM to track and market to customers, prospects, and dealers
• Develop internal relationships with credit, documentation, and marketing staff
• Initiate customer applications and coordinate closings within the territory
