BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in Winter Haven, FL. The role involves drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation, with opportunities for leadership in coordinated mass tort proceedings.

The position requires a JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar, along with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with complex litigation and litigation platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management orders and local rules.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
