BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Tallahassee, FL to manage diverse litigation tasks, draft pleadings, and supervise discovery. The role collaborates with paralegals and case managers to meet court orders and firm standards.

Required qualifications include a JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in litigation software and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Bar admission to at least one U.S. state.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with complex litigation is preferred and mentoring/supervising others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
