Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in Kissimmee, FL. The role involves handling complex litigation tasks such as drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

You will lead coordination across coordinated proceedings, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategy development while working in a fast-paced environment. JD required and active U.S. bar admission are essential.

Qualifications

• JD degree required and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology/tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and case management with scheduling orders.
• Monitor developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Guide paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify liability and damages proof.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement efforts.
