Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Winter Haven, FL to manage complex case portfolios and draft pleadings, supervise discovery, and support trial preparation.

You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers, ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards, and mentor junior staff while handling a fast-paced docket in state and federal matters.

Qualifications

• JD is required and admission to a U.S. state bar
• Experience with complex litigation preferred
• Mentoring and supervising others preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Proficiency with MS Office and litigation technology/tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
