Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Associate in Plantation, FL to handle a variety of complex cases, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

The role offers leadership opportunities in coordinated mass tort proceedings and may be based in any of the firm's U.S. offices, reflecting the firm's national reach and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
