Qualifications

• JD required and at least 4 years supporting complex litigation in a law firm or similar setting.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage high-volume matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and opposing counsel.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure and trial preparation.
• Ability to work independently while mentoring others is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters with case management counsel.
• Draft, review, file pleadings and substantive motions, and manage discovery.
• Coordinate with paralegals and case managers on deadlines and document production.
• Identify liability and damages proof, including medical record review and timelines.
• Assess venue/jurisdiction and coordinate with MDL/state proceedings when applicable.
• Support settlement discussions with case summaries and client communications.
