Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join a Boston, MA team, handling litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. The role offers leadership opportunities in coordinated proceedings and requires JD and bar admission.

The ideal candidate will manage complex matters, mentor staff, and work independently while collaborating with colleagues to advance settlements and resolutions in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience with mass tort/complex litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management orders and local rules.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
