Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a senior Project Manager for our Concrete/Masonry Restoration team in Chicago, IL. You will lead multiple projects from initiation to close, hire subcontractors, work with vendors, and manage equipment/materials inventory while staying within budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience, with concrete restoration expertise and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years project management experience.
• Experience with Concrete Restoration projects.
• Technically literate individual.
• Motivated and team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects within the division from initiation to close.
• Lead projects, including hiring subcontractors and coordinating vendors.
• Track inventory of equipment and materials and ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and permits and apply project management methodology.
• Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

We are seeking an experienced construction Project Manager for our Concrete/Masonry Restoration Team located downtown. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within the division. They will lead the project from initiation to close, hiring subcontractors, working with vendors and tracking inventory of equipment and materials. This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits and project management methodology. They should also work well with others, be highly organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.

A qualified candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
• 5+ years project management experience
• Experience with Concrete Restoration projects
• Technically literate individual
• Motivated and team player
