Job summary

LVI Associates seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration and building envelope projects in Seattle. You will oversee contracts, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery with high quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, managing financial performance, and driving project profitability while maintaining rigorous documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience with building envelope restoration or related disciplines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and project financials.
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required by project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage restoration and building envelope projects from award through closeout.

  • Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of restoration and building envelope projects. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will be responsible for managing project operations from contract award through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires regular interaction with clients, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining ownership of project financial performance and execution.

Key Responsibilities
