Job summary

LVI Associates in Chicago is seeking a Masonry Project Manager to lead exterior restoration projects from award to closeout, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors on historic and commercial buildings. You will manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and client relationships while ensuring safety and quality.

Ideal candidates read drawings and specs, oversee change orders, and collaborate with pre-construction and estimating teams across multi‑million dollar projects in masonry,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in masonry/restoration/concrete repair.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, specifications, and restoration reports.
• Experience managing projects from $500K to $20M+.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple masonry and restoration projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Coordinate field operations with superintendents, foremen, and trade partners.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Track project costs, changes, and monthly forecasting.
• Lead project meetings with owners, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure work complies with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to job sites.
• Support estimating and pre-construction during handoff.
• Manage project closeout documentation and final billing.
