Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Technology or Marketing Operations.
• Experience with marketing automation, CDP, analytics, consent management, and CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage marketing technology requirements across platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Data & Analytics, and IT for lifecycle programs.
• Optimize lead management, journeys, and data handoffs for campaigns.
• Lead testing, documentation, and launch readiness for initiatives.
• Drive platform governance, adoption, and process improvements.
