Job summary

Collette is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager, MarTech to join our Marketing Team in Pawtucket, RI. This role leads the marketing technology ecosystem, aligning Marketing, Technology, Data & Analytics and Sales to optimize processes and drive data-driven performance.

Under the Associate Director, Digital Strategy, you will translate marketing priorities into actionable requirements, configure platforms, ensure campaign readiness, and promote user adoption across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Technology or related discipline.
• Experience with marketing automation, CDP, analytics, consent management, and CRM.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into requirements, workflows, testing plans, and documentation.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub workflows, lists, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a marketing stakeholder for automation, CRM, and CDP initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead management and lifecycle marketing.
• Translate goals into business requirements, workflows, testing plans, and documentation.
• Ensure platform readiness, testing, and adoption across Marketing systems.
