Cengage Group is seeking a Program Manager for Marketing Technology to own the delivery, governance, and evolution of our MarTech portfolio. You will drive roadmap execution, coordinating Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams to ensure successful program outcomes.

The role demands deep technical program management, strong communication with senior leadership, and a focus on platform integrations, data flows, and analytics to optimize the marketing technology landscape.

Formación

Demonstrated experience leading large, complex technology programs with cross-functional influence.
Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (CRM, CMS, data, analytics) and integrations.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with senior leaders.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and Jira/Confluence tools.

Responsabilidades

Own program management and governance of the Marketing Technology portfolio.
Lead multi-functional MarTech programs from planning to delivery with roadmaps and risks.
Coordinate priorities across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data and Analytics.
Provide governance for platform integrations and technology lifecycle planning.
Communicate program health and decisions to executives and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve the MarTech ecosystem.
