Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a MarTech Integration Manager to support the digital experience across website and app platforms. You will guide data integration, CDP roadmap, and analytics to drive omnichannel marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, you will translate technical requirements for business stakeholders and lead data-driven initiatives while ensuring privacy and data governance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Marketing/Advertising/Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant MarTech, marketing operations, or digital marketing experience.
• Experience integrating enterprise marketing technologies with CMSs and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify data elements and map integrations for omnichannel experiences.
• Guide technical architecture for marketing tech including CRM, CDP, and data layers.
• Ensure data quality, privacy compliance, and governance across marketing systems.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support marketing and business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to translate data needs into actionable insights.
