Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering background with Node.js, APIs and AWS.
• Experience with MarTech / digital acquisition systems.
• Experience with ad platform integrations and conversion APIs.
• Partnering with growth and performance marketing teams.
• Understanding data flow across marketing systems.
• Proven track record leading or mentoring engineers.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in system design and development.
• Own end-to-end lead ingestion, routing, enrichment, and attribution systems.
• Build and optimize integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok and other ad platforms.
• Improve conversion tracking accuracy and signal quality; reduce CPL.
• Ensure data consistency across CRM, CDP, and ad platforms.
• Design and scale event-driven systems in AWS.
• Drive CI/CD, reliability and performance monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve marketing infrastructure.
