Job summary

Symple Lending is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to own and scale the Marketing Technology stack and lead generation systems in Tampa.

You’ll own end-to-end lead ingestion, attribution, and ad platform integrations, while mentoring a small team and shaping system design, data flows, and performance optimization.

This role directly impacts conversion tracking, signal quality, and cost efficiency across paid media, with a fast-paced, ownership-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering background (Node.js, APIs, AWS) with leadership experience.
• Experience working with MarTech / digital acquisition systems.
• Experience with ad platform integrations and conversion APIs.
• Understanding of attribution and tracking systems.
• Ability to partner with growth and performance marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of data flow across marketing systems.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in system design and development.
• Own end-to-end lead ingestion, routing, enrichment, and attribution systems.
• Build and optimize integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
• Improve conversion tracking accuracy, signal quality, and CPL across channels.
• Ensure data consistency across CRM, CDP, and ad platforms.
• Design and scale event-driven systems in AWS.
• Drive CI/CD, system reliability, and performance monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve marketing infrastructure.
