Step is seeking a hands-on technical leader to own the architecture and day-to-day operation of a data-driven marketing technology ecosystem for a mobile-first financial product. You will connect product data, the warehouse, advertising channels, lifecycle messaging, attribution, analytics, and customer engagement, starting as an individual contributor with growth potential into a dedicated team leader.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize data pipelines for marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL and scripting skills (Python/JavaScript).
• Experience with APIs, event-driven systems and cloud warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own the martech roadmap, architecture, and governance.
• Evaluate and manage marketing technology partners and integrations.
• Build data pipelines, reporting, and audience segmentation for campaigns.
