Job summary

Symple Lending is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to own and scale our Marketing Technology stack and lead generation systems in Tampa on-site. You will lead a small team while remaining deeply involved in system design, data flows, and performance optimization.

Your work will directly impact conversion tracking, signal quality, and cost efficiency across paid media channels.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering background (Node.js, APIs, AWS).
• Experience with MarTech / digital acquisition systems.
• Ad platform integrations and conversion APIs experience.
• Attribution and tracking systems know-how.
• Experience partnering with growth and performance marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in system design and development.
• Own end-to-end lead ingestion, routing, enrichment, and attribution systems.
• Build and optimize integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok and other ad platforms.
• Improve conversion tracking accuracy, signal quality, and cost-per-lead metrics.
• Ensure data consistency across CRM, CDP, and ad platforms.
• Design and scale event-driven systems in AWS.
• Drive CI/CD, reliability, and performance monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve marketing infrastructure.

About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on engineering leader to own and scale our Marketing Technology stack and lead generation systems.

This role sits at the center of our digital acquisition engine, with direct ownership over lead ingestion, attribution, and ad platform integrations. You will lead a small team while remaining deeply involved in system design, data flows, and performance optimization.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
