Job summary

Veritas Search Group is seeking a Project/Program Manager, MarTech & CRM to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning CRM, marketing tech, lifecycle communications, and operations. You will coordinate business, analytics, creative, and vendor teams to drive successful delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management with stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate strategy into actionable technical requirements across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Influence without direct authority to drive outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and deliverables.
• Knowledge of data integrations, APIs, ETL, and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, ClickUp or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex MarTech and CRM initiatives across planning, implementation, and rollout.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with strategy, marketing, analytics, technology, creative, and vendors to align objectives.
• Translate priorities into technical requirements, workstreams, and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and decision-making to resolve blockers.
• Establish governance, intake, approvals, and execution standards for efficiency.
• Coordinate implementation of marketing tech, CRM platforms, DAM systems, and AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee multiple initiatives with visibility into status, risks, and resource needs.
• Partner with data integration, CDP, marketing automation, and enterprise teams.
• Develop executive updates and recommendations communicating progress and decisions.
• Drive accountability through communication and leadership across teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and scale operations.
• Support organizational change and technology adoption.
