Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with business strategy, marketing, analytics, technology, creative, and external vendor teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and execution.
Translate strategic business priorities into clearly defined technical requirements, workstreams, and actionable deliverables.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, stakeholder discussions, and decision-making processes to resolve dependencies and remove project blockers.
Establish and optimize project governance, intake processes, approval workflows, and execution standards to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate the implementation and adoption of marketing technology solutions, CRM platforms, digital asset management systems, and AI-enabled tools.
Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining visibility into project status, risks, resource requirements, and competing priorities.
Partner with technical teams responsible for data integration, customer data platforms, marketing automation, and enterprise applications.
Develop executive-level presentations, project updates, and recommendations that communicate progress, challenges, and key decisions.
Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners through effective communication, relationship management, and influential leadership.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, improve accuracy, and increase scalability.
Support organizational change and adoption of new technologies, processes, and capabilities across business functions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects involving diverse business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build relationships, and drive accountability without direct authority.
Experience translating business objectives and strategic priorities into technical requirements, project plans, and measurable deliverables.
Working knowledge of technical concepts such as data integrations, APIs, ETL processes, batch data processing, and enterprise systems.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Basecamp, or similar platforms.
Experience establishing project governance, managing risks, resolving blockers, and coordinating activities across multiple workstreams.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Experience supporting marketing technology, CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, or campaign operations initiatives.
Previous experience managing enterprise-scale programs within large, complex organizations.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs), digital asset management systems, or audience management technologies.
Experience supporting AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or emerging marketing technologies.
Background coordinating creative agencies, technology vendors, and third-party implementation partners.
Experience driving process improvements, technology adoption, and operational transformation.
PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is preferred but not required.
This is a program management and delivery facilitation role rather than a hands-on marketing strategy or software development position.
Success requires strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate delivery through multiple teams.
Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
Flexibility to accommodate meetings across U.S. time zones, primarily Central through Pacific, is required.
