Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MarTech, data integrations, APIs, ETL, and data pipelines.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional MarTech and CRM initiatives.
• Build and manage integrated plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for platform and data teams.
• Design intake, approval and execution workflows for lifecycle campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and technology partners for alignment.
• Drive blockers and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
• Prepare executive presentations to support launch readiness and adoption.
