Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery operations within the Marketing Technology (MarTech) organization. You will partner with Platform Owners, Business Engagement Leads, agencies, business stakeholders, and technology teams to coordinate multiple MarTech initiatives across digital experience, customer data, content operations, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 7+ years in program/project management, digital operations, or MarTech.
• Experience coordinating multiple initiatives in a matrixed org.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, and agencies.
• Strong integrated planning, risk, release readiness, and stakeholder comms.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives across business, technology, agency, and vendor teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, workback schedules, decision logs, and action trackers.
• Track delivery progress, risks, issues, assumptions, and mitigation plans; escalate items requiring leadership attention.
• Facilitate delivery status reviews and provide concise execution updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support execution across web/digital experience, content operations, customer engagement, marketing automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
