Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a high-energy MarTech leader to advance the marketing technology stack, AI integrations, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will own day-to-day operations, platform roadmaps, and vendor relationships, reporting to the Director of MarTech and Operations.

You will drive budgets, resource planning, and change management across Marketing and Experience, partnering with IT and analytics to scale campaigns and ensure compliant, efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the MarTech domain incl CRM, CDP, MMP, Analytics.
• 5 years of process optimization in a marketing context.
• 5 years in data architecture design and ETL concepts/tools.
• 5+ years integrating MarTech solutions and middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead advancement and maturity of the MarTech stack and AI integration.
• Oversee development of marketing operational strategies and budgets.
• Develop training and change management programs for users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise alignment.
