Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a senior leader to scale the marketing technology stack and AI integration. The role reports to the Director of MarTech and Operations and will drive day-to-day optimization, automation and outsourcing of marketing processes.

You will manage the MarTech ecosystem, coordinate platform integrations, and collaborate with IT and analytics to plan budgets and resources for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MarTech domain (CRM/CDP/MMP/Analytics)
• 5+ years optimizing marketing operations processes
• 5+ years data architecture and ETL familiarity
• 5+ years integrating MarTech solutions and middleware
• 3+ years defining product roadmaps from requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead advancement of MarTech stack and AI integration across marketing.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation for marketing tech.
• Develop training and change management programs for adoption of MarTech tools.
• Represent marketing in cross-functional enterprise alignment discussions.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and platform roadmaps.
