eFlexervices, Inc. seeks a proactive Marketplace Operations & Trust Specialist to support a fast-growing US e-commerce marketplace focused on authenticity and community. You will own daily operations, assist buyers and sellers, and ensure an exceptional end‑to‑end experience with accountability and clear communication.

You will independently identify and resolve issues, follow policies, and escalate only when necessary, contributing to a safer, more trusted marketplace.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Customer Support, Customer Success, E‑commerce Operations, or Marketplace Moderation.
• Excellent written communication with a friendly, professional tone.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
• Follow procedures and make independent decisions.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and engage new sellers with personalized welcome guidance.
• Monitor authenticity of marketplace listings and request verification when needed.
• Handle delivery confirmations and update order tracking in internal systems.
• Resolve buyer/seller issues and escalate complex cases to seniors with documented steps.
• Maintain accurate records in Quo and improve efficiency of workflows.
