Collectors Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Marketplace Business Operations Program Manager to oversee day-to-day functions and strategic projects across our marketplace and e-commerce lines, including PSA Exchange and other platforms. This role reports to the Sr.

Manager, Marketplace and can be based in Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ with remote/hybrid options. You will build scalable systems, drive transformations, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage bespoke billing programs

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in marketplace/e-commerce operations or program management.
• Ability to tackle diverse projects with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
