Job summary

RMS USA is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to grow our presence across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and TikTok Shop. You will own day-to-day marketplace management, optimize listings, pricing, and content, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to drive revenue.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years managing seller accounts, strong data analysis, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing seller or vendor accounts on Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces.
• Demonstrated experience with marketplace advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings, content, and pricing across Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.
• Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, advertising ROI) and provide actionable reporting and insights.
• Coordinate product launches on digital channels, including content creation, A+ / enhanced brand content, and promotional planning.
• Ensure accurate and timely product catalog management, including item setup, imagery, descriptions, and inventory feeds.
• Monitor and respond to marketplace policy changes, algorithm updates, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to align e-commerce strategy with broader retail account plans.
• Partner with Marketing on digital assets, brand consistency, and social commerce initiatives (particularly TikTok).
• Track and reconcile e-commerce orders, chargebacks, and fulfillment performance.
• Identify growth opportunities through new marketplace channels, advertising strategies, and product assortment optimization.
• Support customer communication and issue resolution related to online orders and marketplace inquiries.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for leadership.
