Job summary

impact.com, the leading commerce partnership platform, seeks a Marketplace Trust & Safety Manager to define and enforce marketplace standards, policies, and verification processes. You will work cross-functionally to ensure accurate information and fair engagement across advertisers and partners.

You will partner with Data Science to monitor behaviors, identify fraud trends, and continuously improve safety metrics and dashboards while guiding enforcement and operational workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in trust and safety or related field, ideally in advertising or partnerships.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience writing clear policy and translating it into operations.
• Knowledge of data governance and data taxonomy.
• Familiarity with vetting, identity verification, or fraud prevention in a two-sided marketplace.
• Understanding AI-generated content and brand safety considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related field; Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define marketplace behavior standards and enforcement policies.
• Vet all marketplace actors and manage identity verification processes.
• Develop policies for advertising models and AI-generated content.
• Improve trust & safety metrics, dashboards, and alerts with Data Science.
• Collaborate with enforcement to optimize workflows and incident handling.
• Communicate policy decisions clearly to advertisers and publishers.
