Job summary

Ledge, a leading outdoor furniture brand, seeks a Consumer Experience Marketplace Specialist to manage third-party marketplace channels and support consumers across platforms such as Amazon Seller and Wayfair. You will be the main contact between customers and marketplaces, ensuring a positive experience from inquiries to resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in ecommerce/marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
• Strong written communication and ability to match brand voice across public channels.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone across marketplaces (Amazon Seller, etc.).
• Troubleshoot order issues and provide solutions for a positive experience.
• Process and facilitate returns accurately through marketplaces and internal systems.
• Maintain customer records and document interactions in the database.
• Monitor account health, A-to-Z claims, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with fulfillment, operations and marketing to resolve issues.
• Monitor and respond to consumer reviews and questions on platforms.
• Engage with public comments on social media and escalate when needed.
