Job summary

Indeed Flex is hiring an Operations Manager (Marketplace) to own performance across throughput, quality, and SLA, leading Supervisors and Leads. You’ll manage workforce planning, scheduling, and direct people management while partnering with Technical Analysts on data-driven improvements.

You’ll personally own recurring domain reporting and dashboards, writing SQL queries, identifying data quality issues, and guiding automation and AI prompts based on real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SQL fluency to write and validate queries for domain reports.
• Ability to spot bad data and repeated failure patterns and drive remediation.
• Experience building and maintaining executive dashboards and metrics.
• Proven leadership across frontline teams in high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day team performance across core delivery metrics and SLA compliance.
• Oversee workforce, queue health, staffing and scheduling to meet targets.
• Lead supervisor and lead tier development and change management initiatives.
• Build and maintain recurring domain reporting and dashboards; tune AI/automation workflows.
