Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking an Operations Lead to own and scale the end-to-end operational engine behind the Databricks Marketplace. You’ll architect tools, automations, and AI-driven workflows to enable partner onboarding, approvals, catalog integrity, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational leadership in fast-paced tech environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping automations or tools using Python or low-code/AI tooling.
• End-to-end ownership over processes, gates and quality controls, not just analytics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales and Field.
• Experience with enterprise software marketplaces or cloud commerce.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale end-to-end operational workflows for onboarding, approvals, catalog health, and listings.
• Own marketplace health, quality signals, and support Deal Desk on complex transactions.
• Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows and tools to reduce friction and raise throughput.
• Drive retention campaigns and cross-functional cadences with Product, Eng, Sales and Field.
• Partner on GTM efforts to grow transaction pipeline and strategic deals.
