WeBox is hiring a Marketplace Operations Analyst to optimize our AI-powered workplace commerce platform from our San Jose HQ. You will assess marketplace performance, pricing, and partner quality, turning data into decisive actions that improve outcomes.
The role requires 2–5 years in marketplace or related operations, strong analytical skills, and ownership to drive end-to-end improvement in a fast-moving environment.
Qualificações
- 2–5 years of experience in marketplace operations or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with business and financial data.
- Ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation with external partners.
- Ownership mindset with ability to complete projects end-to-end.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze sales, orders, customer behavior, product performance, and profitability.
- Identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities to improve performance.
- Recommend new products or categories and manage pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, Product/Tech) to implement changes.
- Track impact of changes and iterate based on results.
